Meeting locations may include a home, library, or other suitable community space. The location for each session will be confirmed with enrolled families once program and site requirements are verified.

Language arts
UFLI Foundations for early phonics and decoding; Core Knowledge Language Arts for literature, vocabulary, discussion, and writing at each learner’s level.
Mathematics
Primary Mathematics 2022 (Singapore Math) with individual placement, concrete materials, visual models, computation, and problem solving.
Science & discovery
Core Knowledge Science units, experiments, observation, nature study, and explanations adapted to each age.
History & culture
Core Knowledge History & Geography topics with maps, timelines, stories, discussion, and projects scaled for K–5.
Bible & character
Program-developed Bible lessons, Scripture, prayer, service, and habits of integrity woven thoughtfully through the learning day.
Creative expression
Art, discussion, presentation, practical projects, movement, and outdoor time that develop the whole child.
Designed for parent-directed education: Reading and math are taught at each student’s level; shared projects connect the group. Diamond’s Path provides part of a child’s learning. Families manage education outside program hours and the paperwork and annual assessment required by their own enrollment route.
These are proposed materials, not a claim of publisher affiliation. The final unit sequence and individual learning plans will be available before enrollment.
For families
Two enrollment paths, different paperwork.
Palm Beach home education
A parent registers with the school district using a Notice of Intent, keeps an activity log and work samples, and submits an annual evaluation by the registration anniversary. A Florida-certified teacher’s portfolio review is one option; a standardized test is not required for every home education student. Some FES-UA families follow this district route.
Step Up PEP scholarship
A PEP student is registered with Step Up, not simultaneously in district home education. The parent files an annual Student Learning Plan in EMA and arranges an approved annual assessment for renewal. A family switching from district home education files a termination notice. New PEP applications for 2026–27 are closed; families can watch for the 2027–28 window.
Testing and evaluation fees
External testing, proctoring, and annual home education evaluations are not included in Diamond’s Path tuition or the $250 enrollment fee. Families arrange them with a qualified provider. Eligible scholarship funds may pay for qualifying testing under current Step Up rules and available balance; payment is never automatic. K–2 PEP students cannot use the district end-of-year FAST option, so families should choose an age-appropriate test from the Florida-approved list.

This proposal follows most Palm Beach County student holidays and work days, with meetings Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. December 4–9 is set aside for the NAEYC Early Childhood Education Conference, where Daniela will continue learning about children and education. Final dates remain subject to confirmation.

Key breaks: Thanksgiving Nov 23–27 · NAEYC Early Childhood Education Conference Dec 4–9 · Year-end holidays Dec 24–25 and Dec 31–Jan 1 · Spring break Mar 22–29. Our proposed calendar runs September 1, 2026–June 4, 2027, with meetings during the first week of June. Meetings are proposed for Dec 21–23 and Dec 28–30, replacing most of the district’s usual winter break.
For planning only: This four-day calendar differs from the district’s five-day schedule. The number of billable weeks and payment schedule have not been finalized; $400 per week is a planning rate, and closures will be stated in the enrollment agreement.

If a meeting location closes independently, families will receive a separate update. Any make-up dates or tuition treatment will be detailed in the enrollment agreement.
Planned tuition & fees
One clear investment. An intentionally elevated experience.
Planned founding tuition includes the proposed four-day program, core curriculum, books used on site, standard learning materials, and routine classroom projects. External testing and evaluation fees are separate.
Rates are presented for planning while the program completes its operating requirements. A signed enrollment agreement will state the final calendar, payment dates, refund terms, and included services before any payment is accepted.

Enrollment fee is planned as nonrefundable once a place is accepted. Optional special events or off-site trips, if offered, will be disclosed separately in advance.

Clear expectations from the beginning.
Enrollment
Placement will follow a family conversation, review of learner needs, available space, and a signed program agreement. Submission of interest does not guarantee placement.
Payment
Final payment options will appear in the enrollment agreement. Families remain responsible for all balances not paid by an approved scholarship program.
Attendance
Consistent attendance and punctual arrival support the entire group. Tuition reserves a learner’s place and is not reduced for absences or scheduled closures.
Withdrawal
Notice periods, refund terms, conduct expectations, health procedures, and dismissal provisions will appear in the enrollment agreement before families commit.
Future Step Up participation
Working toward a future provider application.
Diamond’s Path is preparing to apply as a Home Education Instructional Program provider for eligible PEP and FES-UA families. Step Up requires a business account, publicly reviewable program descriptions and tuition schedule, and its signed provider participation agreement before service offerings can be approved.
Current status: Diamond’s Path is not yet an approved Step Up provider and scholarship funds cannot currently be used. Approval is not guaranteed. Families should not reserve scholarship funds or rely on reimbursement until Diamond’s Path appears as an active provider in EMA and confirms the eligible services in writing.
If approved in the future, a scholarship may be applied only to eligible, authorized charges. Parents will remain responsible for any tuition, fees, or services not covered by their scholarship.
